High-definition Street View Imagery Evaluation

Problem

Access is needed to excellent, measure-able street view images from in the office for property inspection, public works, public safety and planning.

Pilot Description

Philadelphia has been selected for a pilot project and Cyclomedia is capturing imagery of all public streets. The imagery is compatible with all of the City’s desktop and online GIS tools. Unlike Google street view, images are not blurred and are captured in seamless 360-degree views. Each pixel represents an area of 0.15 in x 0.15 inches, allowing for accurate linear and area measurements.
